Access the AppData folder in the next step. This will allow you to access the AppData folder which holds cached files that need to be deleted to fully uninstall past versions of the poker software. In File Explorer click on “View” at the top, then on the top right side select the box for “Hidden Items”.

In File Explorer go to C: > Users > (Your Windows User Name) > select and delete the folder: Ignition Casino Poker. Open File Explorer in Windows and go to C: > Program Files (x86) > select and delete folder for: “Ignition Casino Poker”. Guide to FULLY uninstall and reinstall Ignition Casino in Windows 10. I highly suggest anyone having issues with the poker software try this guide I made.
